The frequently changing menus are written with intent to showcase our creative and innovative approach whilst respecting the integrity and quality of seasonal produce, growers and makers.
We offer two or three course dinner menus and a seven course set menu. We also offer a small plates menu for those with a limited timeframe.
Gauge is open from 5pm till late, Wednesday to Saturday.
