Gauge currently accepts bookings for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We do not take bookings for weekend brunch; however, we do pour cocktails from 10:00!

We offer a two or three course menu and a seven course tasting menu. We also offer a small a la carte menu for those with a limited timeframe.

We require a credit card to secure your booking however, no charge will be deducted from your card at this time. A $40 fee per person may be charged for late cancellations.
